Your beautiful smile,
Your nurturing soul.
All of your stories.
Your love for animals—
Your cats.
Your beliefs,
Your beautiful mind.
Your old fashion, antiques, and make up.
The china still hangs on the walls.
Your family was more important than all.
Everyone and everything,
You put before yourself.
The time you volunteered,
And the endless shopping trips.
All of your photographs still remain.
You were here for a second,
Now gone forever.

A loving tribute to your Nana, blessed you are. I know my kids loved their Nana and she passed a few years ago, leaving them with wonderful memories. May you Nana RIP and be in the arms of God.

It's always so very wonderful to remember someone so loving and dear to you... Jesus Chist said: The hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out,God remembers good people and certainly their name,but most important remember she's burden free from pain.. I love your poem
@sassypoetic thanks so much for your comment, better yet I want to thank you for your words, I appreciate it very much. I just went on vacation this weekend and got to visit where her ashes are now I miss her dearly but she will never be forgotten.

thanks so much, sorry it took a while to get back to you, I just finished writing another poem and just put it up as well. if you're interested its called i remember! thanks again for your feedback, she was a lovely person and i miss her dearly, this past weekend was her first birhtday since shes been gone.
